This customer had some staining from the stone above their pool tile.
As you can see in the photos, the tile is no problem, but the grout can be a challenge. The staining had saturated the grout, making it impossible to completely clean off. We want our customers to know that we will always do our best, but sometimes we need to be realistic with the expected results.
